ABOUT OUR CHURCH:
Liberty Baptist Church was constituted in May of 1845. Since that time, the Lord has truly blessed the ministry of the church. Through the years dedicated pastors, with the support of faithful members, and the blessings of God, have seen the church grow from its humble beginnings to where it is today. It is the desire of Liberty Baptist Church to continue to grow in its areas of ministry, ever striving to take God's message of love and grace throughout out community and the world.

WHAT WE BELIEVE:
We believe the Bible is the foundation of all beliefs and practices . A concise summary of our beliefs exists in the form of the Baptist Faith and Message as written in 1925 and revised in 1963. The beliefs include:
1. The inspiration, infallibility and inerrancy of the Holy Scriptures
2. The Trinity: Father, Son and the Holy Spirit as co-equal and co-eternal.
3. The virgin birth, sacrificial death, bodily resurrection, and personal return of Jesus Christ.
4. Salvation by grace through faith alone.
5. The priesthood of all believers.
6. The eternal security of believers as they are preserved by God.
7. Two ordinances: Baptism and Lord's Supper
8. The reality of heaven and hell
10. World-wide missions as a supreme obligation of every local church
